With every ACI product, comprehensive support services are available to help put a customer’s system into production and keep it operating at peak efficiency. ACI recognizes its obligation to protect our customers’ investments by providing resources and services before, during and after installation. ACI implementation services include:

Education

ACI offers customers extensive training and coursework on nearly all of our distributed products. Courses offer complete user and technical training, covering all aspects of operation and use. Each course is supplemented with hands-on lab work, enabling students to operate actual product functions. Courses are scheduled throughout the year at ACI education facilities around the world. ACI also offers onsite consultancy visits to discuss a customer’s education requirements and make training recommendations for individual staff members based on their specific roles within the organization. Enhanced Support Program
The Enhanced Support Program (ESP) is a package of support services designed to meet our customers needs beyond the normal support provided by ACI. The ESP service is charged based in the services selected and the number of days or hours the service is required. ESP customers benefit from the expertise of a highly skilled ESP technician dedicated to understanding and working with their individual system.
ESP packages can be constructed from any or all of the following items:

  • Support of customer-specific modifications
  • Ongoing business or technical consultancy (i.e. scripting, rules writing, application configuration)
  • Monitoring of HELP24 database
  • Custom design and development of CSMs
  • On-site support
  • System performance and capacity reviews

Sales and Marketing Support for ACI Enterprise Banker

ACI provides institutions with the tools they need for the effective selling, cross-selling and marketing of the ACI Enterprise Banker. We offer product demonstrations displaying different levels of functionality based on market segment in both Flash and HTML formats.

  • Designed for prospects that are unfamiliar with electronic payments, the FlashTM demonstration is a self-running demo with user prompts that lead the viewer through the product with pop-up informational banners.
  • For an institution’s more experienced customers, the HTML demo is a complete representation of the product that can be run from a PC and navigated as if it were a live system. The HTML demo can also be used as a training tool for new employees.
Enterprise Banker demos can be customized with proprietary branding and naming conventions, resulting in a demo that mirrors an institution’s current product suite or portal.
